Self-Financed Trade Delegation to Malaysia
Dear Members,
I am pleased to inform you that the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is planning to send a Self-financed Trade Delegation to Malaysia to explore the opportunities available in the Malaysian market in the 3rd week of August 2026 (tentative).
The delegation will be covering the following sectors of Sialkot Industry:
- Surgical Instruments
- Safety Products
- Sports Goods
Note: It may kindly be noted that only the company’s Director, Partner, and Proprietor can apply for the said delegation. Company employees or managers are not eligible to apply for the subject delegation.
How to Apply
Interested members are requested to submit their online application with the below-mentioned documents:
Required Documents
- Online Application Form Duly Signed and Stamped.
- Formal Request on Letterhead
- Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
- Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letterhead for 3 Financial years (2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26)
- Tax Returns for Financial year (2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
- Color Copy of Passport
- Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
- CNIC Copy
- Copy of NTN
- Application Fee: PKR 10,000/-
- Processing Fee: Please note that after selection the selected company will pay PKR 20,000/- in favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee.
