Self-Financed Trade Delegation to Canada 2027
Dear Members,
I am pleased to inform you that Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is intending to send a Self-Financed Trade Delegation to Canada 2027, to explore the opportunities available in Canadian Markets in the month of March 2027 (tentative).
The delegation would be covering the following sector of Sialkot:
- Surgical Instruments
Note: It may kindly be noted that only the Company’s Director, Partner, or Proprietor is eligible to apply for the said delegation. Company employees or managers are not eligible to participate in the delegation. It is further informed that the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) will only provide the budget for B2B meetings to the Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto, Canada and all other expenses will be borne by the applicant.
How to Apply
Interested members are requested to submit their online application with the below-mentioned documents:

- Application Form (Signed and stamped, after filling online and accompanied with supporting documents)
- Formal Request on Letterhead
- Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
- 3 years (Financial Year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letterhead
- Copy of the Tax Return of Financial Year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26
- Color Copy of Passport
- Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
- CNIC Copy
- Copy of NTN
- Application Fee: PKR 10,000/-
- Processing Fee: Please note that after selection the company would pay PKR 20,000/- in the favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee.
