I am pleased to inform you that Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is intending to send a Self-Financed Trade Delegation to Indonesia 2026 (Supported by TDAP), to explore the opportunities available in Indonesian Markets in the first week of October 2026 (tentative).
The delegation would be covering the following sector of Sialkot:
1. Surgical Instruments
Note: It may kindly be noted that only the Company’s Director, Partner, or Proprietor is eligible to apply for the said delegation. Company employees or managers are not eligible to participate in the delegation.
Interested members are requested to submit their online application with the below-mentioned documents:
Required Documents:
- Application Form (Signed and stamped, after filling online and accompanied with supporting documents)
- Formal Request on Letter Head
- Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
- 3 years (Financial Year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letter Head
- Copy of the Tax Return of Financial Year 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26
- Color Copy of Passport
- Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
- CNIC Copy
- Copy of NTN
- Application Fee PKR 10,000/-
- Please note that after selection the company would pay PKR. 20,000/- in the favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee.
Deadline for submission of application with above mentioned documents at SCCI: September 21, 2026 (Monday), before 5 P.M. afterwards, the application will not be accepted.
