Change of Constitution
Requirements & Documentation
Please ensure the following documents are submitted based on your firm’s specific change in constitution. Application Forms and Specimen Signature Cards are available at the Chamber’s Reception.
From Proprietorship to Partnership
- Covering letter signed by a previously authorized representative in the Chamber (Proprietor of the firm).
- Application Form & Specimen Signature Card, affix one photo of the newly appointed authorized representative in the Chamber (Card and Application Form available at Chamber’s Reception).
- Photocopy of Partnership Deed.
- Photocopy of Form “C”.
- Photocopy of NTN Certificate, showing the names of all partners.
- Photocopy of I.D. Cards of all partners.
From Partnership to Proprietorship
- Covering letter signed by previously authorized representative in the Chamber.
- Application Form & Specimen Signature Card, affix one photo of the newly appointed authorized representative in the Chamber (Card and Application Form available at Chamber’s Reception).
- Photocopy of Dissolution Deed.
- Photocopy of NTN Certificate, showing the name of Proprietor.
Addition of New Partner(s) in the Firm
- Covering letter signed by previous authorized representative in the Chamber.
- Application Form & Specimen Signature Card, affix one photo of newly appointed authorized representative in the Chamber (Card and Application Form available at Chamber’s Reception).
- Photocopy of new Partnership Deed.
- Photocopy of Form “D”.
- Photocopy of NTN Certificate, showing the names of all partners.
- Photocopy of I.D. Cards of all partners.
If Firm Transferred into Private Limited
- Covering letter signed by previous authorized representative in the Chamber.
- Application Form & Specimen Signature Card, affix one photo of newly appointed authorized representative in the Chamber (Card and Application Form available at Chamber’s Reception).
- One copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
- Photocopy of NTN Certificate, showing the status of company as “Private Limited” concern.
- Photocopy of I.D. Card(s) of Director(s) (if new one is included).
