Self-Financed Trade Delegation to the Republic of Korea
Dear Members,
I am pleased to inform you that the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and the Pakistan Business Association of Korea (PBA), is planning to send a High Profile, Self-financed trade delegation to the Republic of Korea to attend the Trade & Investment Conference in Seoul scheduled for 18th August 2026.
The delegation will be covering the following sectors of Sialkot Industry:
- Sports Goods
- Sports Wear
- Leather Products
- Surgical Instruments
- Safety Products
Note: It may kindly be noted that only the company’s Director, Partner, or Proprietor is eligible to apply for this delegation. Company employees and managers are not eligible to apply.
Eligibility: Members with a minimum turnover of PKR 100 million for the financial year 2025–2026 are eligible to apply for this delegation.

Interested members are requested to submit their online application with the below-mentioned documents:

- Formal Request on Letterhead
- Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
- Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letterhead for Financial year 2025-26
- Tax Returns for Financial year 2024-25
- Color Copy of Passport
- Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
- CNIC Copy
- Copy of NTN
- Application Fee: PKR 10,000/-
- Processing Fee: Please note that after selection the selected company will pay PKR 20,000/- in favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee.
