SCCI is pleased to inform its members that after repeated consultations between SCCI & TDAP, the participation fee has been reduced to PKR 200,000/ from PKR 550,000/-. Hence, SCCI invites applications from its members for the subject exhibition under the SCCI pavilion “MADE IN SIALKOT.”
SCCI encourages its members to participate under the SCCI Pavilion for enhanced facilities and benefits. Members participating directly with TDAP will not be able to avail themselves of the “MADE IN SIALKOT” pavilion benefits.
SCCI is in ongoing consultation with TDAP on several matters to secure further benefits, so that members are requested to apply through the SCCI platform for this exhibition.
At this stage, only an application on letterhead with a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000/- is required to register interest. The TDAP draft fee of PKR 200,000/- will be required later after confirmation to members.
The application deadline for the MADE IN SIALKOT pavilion is November 14, 2024 (Thursday).
Benefits of exhibiting in the MADE IN SIALKOT Pavilion:
Larger stands of 3 x 4 meters with a corner option for all participants (requested from TDAP).
Display accessories for each stand (requested from TDAP).
Discounted airline tickets and excess baggage packages for “Made in Pakistan pavilion” exhibitors (in process).
Support from the SCCI secretariat.
Assistance with sample customs clearance through TDAP (consultation in process).
Pre-departure consultation and briefing for exhibitors to enhance planning for this exhibition.
SOPs for Exhibitors:
Members may avail themselves of more than one stand, with an additional stand fee.
Spot sales are not allowed. Only samples may be displayed, which may be provided free of charge to visiting buyers.
Members are expected to maintain high display standards and adhere to the rules established in pre-departure meetings.
