Self-Financed Trade Delegation to South Korea

Dear Members,

I am pleased to inform you that the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is planning to send a Self-Financed Trade Delegation to South Korea to explore the opportunities available in Korean Markets, during the month of September 2024 (tentative).

The delegation will be covering the following sectors of Industry of Sialkot:

  1. Sports Goods + Sports Wear
  2. Surgical Instruments
  3. Leather Products and Protective Equipment

It may kindly be noted that only the company’s Director, Partner, and Proprietor can apply for the said delegation.

Interested members are requested to submit their online applications with the below-mentioned documents:

Required Documents:

  1. Online Application Form Duly Signed and Stamped.
  2. Formal Request on Letter Head
  3. Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
  4. 3 Financial years (2021-22, 2022-23, & 2023-24) Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letter Head
  5. Tax Returns for Financial year (2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23)
  6. Color Copy of Passport
  7. Travel History
  8. Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
  9. CNIC Copy
  10. Copy of NTN
  11. Application Fee PKR 10,000/- (non-refundable)
  12. Please note that after selection the selected company will pay PKR. 20,000/- in favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee (non-refundable).

Deadline for submission:  13th July 2024 (Saturday)
