TDAP SPONSORED TRADE DELEGATION TO BRAZIL 2023

Dear Members,   I am pleased to inform you that the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is planning to send a TDAP Sponsored Trade Delegation to Brazil to explore the opportunities available in the Brazilian Market during the month of August 2023 (Tentative).   The delegation would be covering the sectors:  
  1. Sports Goods and Sportswear
  2. Leather Products
  3. Manicure Instruments
  4. Surgical Instruments
  It may kindly be noted that only the company’s Director, Partner, and Proprietor can apply for the said delegation. Only one person from one company can apply for the delegation.   Interested members are requested to submit their online applications with the below-mentioned documents:   https://scci.com.pk/trade-delegation-to-brazil-2023/   Required Documents:  
  1. Application Form (Signed and Stamped, after filling online and accompanied with supporting documents)
  2. Formal Request on Letterhead
  3. Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
  4. 3 years (Financial Year 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23) Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letter Head (Original Document)
  5. Copy of the Tax Return for Financial Years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22
  6. Color Copy of Passport
  7. Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
  8. CNIC Copy
  9. Copy of NTN
  10. Application Fee PKR 3000 (non-refundable)
  11. Please note that after selection the company would pay PKR. 10,000 in favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee (non-refundable).
    Deadline for submission:  12th July 2023 (Wednesday)   Important Note: Members who are selected in the previous Trade Delegation to the United Kingdom on June 21, 2023, cannot apply to this Trade Delegation.
