SCCI Trade Delegation to Japan 2023

Dear Members, I am pleased to inform you that the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry is planning to send a Self-Financed Trade Delegation to Japan to explore the opportunities available in Japanese Markets in the month of August/September 2023(tentative). The delegation would be covering the sectors:
  1. Sports Goods
  2. Leather Products
  3. Gloves, Protective, and Martial Arts
  4. Badges and Musical Instruments
  5. Surgical Instruments
  6. Beauty Instruments.
It may kindly be noted that only the company’s Director, Partner, and Proprietor can apply for the said delegation. Only one person from one company can apply for the delegation.
  • 2 Seats would be reserved for Women Entrepreneurs.
  • 1 Seat would be reserved for SME-based Exporter having exports PKR 5 to 10 Million.

  1. Application Form (Signed and Stamped, after filling online and accompanied with supporting documents)
  2. Formal Request on LetterHead
  3. Company Profile on letterhead (Format Enclosed)
  4. 3 years (Financial Year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22) Bank Verified Export Performance on Bank’s Letter Head
  5. Copy of the Tax Return for Financial Years 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22
  6. Color Copy of Passport
  7. Copy of Chamber’s Membership Certificate
  8. CNIC Copy
  9. Copy of NTN
  10.  Application Fee PKR 3000 (non-refundable)
  11.  Please note that after selection the company would pay PKR. 10,000 in favor of the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry as a delegation processing fee (non-refundable).
